Your Account

You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Memberships & Billing

• Paid memberships renew monthly until canceled from the billing portal.
• Prices and features may change; we will notify members of material changes.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period.
• Payment, billing, tax, and invoicing mechanics are governed by our reseller Paddle. See the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on memberships and purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details and how to request one via Paddle.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse AI tools to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform.
• Respect other members in the community.
• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, malware, probing, or scraping.

Content & AI Output

You retain ownership of content you create. AI-generated output is provided as guidance, not professional legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Always review important decisions with a qualified professional. You are responsible for your prompts, your use of outputs, verifying accuracy, and ensuring you have rights to any content you input. We may remove or restrict content and refuse or filter outputs that violate these Terms, and we honor good-faith rights-holder takedown requests.

Intellectual Property

HER Empire Era retains all rights in the platform, its software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

Disclaimer & Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. HER Empire Era is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
